Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

2. Options and timing

Standard: 2–4 working days from approval.

Express: next working day where the supplier supports it, for orders approved before 14:00.

Scheduled gift slot: choose a date and a three-hour window. Available from the next working day onwards.

Personalised and made-to-order items add the production time shown on the product page before shipping begins.

3. Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Standard delivery is free above the threshold displayed in your cart.

Multi-vendor orders are consolidated where possible; you are charged one delivery fee per order, not per supplier.

4. Tracking

Every order has a live timeline in your account: placed, approved, preparing, out for delivery, delivered. We email you at approval, dispatch and delivery.

5. Failed deliveries

Our courier attempts delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the order returns to the supplier and we contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further fee.
